Tyler Levy leads Accelerate’s legal team as General Counsel. He is responsible for legal strategy, compliance, and risk mitigation and is committed to artfully driving business initiatives forward within complex legal and regulatory guardrails. His work is guided by the mantra of “Analyze. Advise. Act.”

Prior to joining Accelerate, Tyler served as Associate General Counsel for CrowdStreet, Inc. and Chief Compliance Officer of CrowdStreet’s registered investment adviser and flagship 40’ Act registered non-traded REIT. Previously he served as seconded counsel to a Texas-based homebuilder and as an associate with international law firm Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP.

Tyler holds a B.A. in government and Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin, a J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law and an M.S. in real estate from the University of Texas at Arlington. He holds a Certified Investment Company Compliance Professional (CICCP) certificate and is a licensed Texas real estate broker.
