Tyler Levy

Tyler Levy serves as General Counsel for Accelerate, where he leads the firm’s legal and closing teams. In his role, he is responsible for legal strategy, closing operations, compliance, and risk mitigation. Tyler also oversees the Accelerate’s philanthropic and community engagement program. Tyler is committed to artfully driving forward business initiatives within complex legal and regulatory guardrails. His work is guided by the mantra, “Analyze. Advise. Act.”

Prior to joining Accelerate, Tyler served as Associate General Counsel for CrowdStreet, Inc. and Chief Compliance Officer of CrowdStreet’s registered investment adviser and flagship 40’ Act registered non-traded REIT. Previously he served as seconded counsel to a Texas-based homebuilder and as an associate with international law firm Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP.

Tyler holds a B.A. in government and Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin, a J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law and an M.S. in real estate from the University of Texas at Arlington. He holds a Certified Investment Company Compliance Professional (CICCP) certificate and is a licensed Texas real estate broker.
