David Westlake is a Vice President of Acquisitions and helps oversee Accelerate's digital infrastructure acquisition team.

Prior to Accelerate, David graduated magna cum laude with a MS in Real Estate Finance & Investment from NYU's Schack Institute of Real Estate.  He has extensive knowledge of various asset classes including multifamily, industrial, and self-storage.

David has spent 4 years in the critical infrastructure lease market and has directly executed or managed the acquisition of hundreds of wireless and billboard leases.

He has participated in the origination, acquisition, due diligence, and asset management of more than $400MM of real estate transactions across all asset classes.
