As Vice President of Digital Infrastructure, Josh Rosalimsky leads our NYC originations team and manages several of our Acquisitions Managers across the country.

He has a bachelor's degree in Economics and over 5 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and ground lease acquisitions nationwide.

Josh has directly originated and managed over $100MM in closed commercial real estate transactions.  He has a consistent track record of leading origination teams, ensuring that every transaction he works on is win-win, and provides impactful value for all parties.  Josh's expertise and insights have been instrumental in the success and expansion of Accelerate Infrastructure Opportunities.
