Gayle Goodman leads marketing, executive and internal communications, public relations, and investor communications across the Accelerate platform. In addition, she heads up the firm's ESG and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, including the Accelerate Gives Foundation.

For 13 years prior to joining Accelerate, Ms. Goodman owned Pro-Activation, LLC, a marketing communications consultancy that served B2B clients in a wide variety of industries, including several renewable and traditional energy brands. Prior to launching her consultancy, Ms. Goodman was Vice President of Marketing for Efficient Attic Systems and previously served in a number of marketing and communications leadership roles for Centex Corporation and its divisions over an 11-year career. 

She earned her MBA in marketing from the University of Dallas, where she taught as an adjunct instructor for seven years. She also holds a B.S. in broadcast journalism from Texas Christian University and is IABC Accredited (ABC).
