Job Summary

The Lease Acquisition Specialist will be integral in creating and maintaining new business relationships by directly supporting acquisitions teams. This person will organize leads and systematically manage those relationships, providing a firm foundation for business development within the supported groups. The ideal candidate will have advanced communication and organizational skills while promoting, arranging, and facilitating meetings for the managers they support.

Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting to Vice President of Originations, the following is a list of general responsibilities that demonstrate what you may expect day-to-day in this role.

  • High volume of phone calls per week to property owners and real estate professionals
  • Facilitate meetings and direct business origination opportunities
  • Independently motivated to drive new business, goal oriented, and organized to track progress
  • Explore & identify key property features
  • Effective communication with property/landowners and team members daily
